Our HistoryIn 1932, Daniel M. Lang began producing thickness feeler gauges in his basement workshop in Racine, Wisconsin. His first customer was Snap-on Tools, where he was also employed as an engineer. Today, A & E Incorporated is the holding company for A & E Tools, Eckmann Custom Products, and Cabat, Inc. Throughout the years, A & E Incorporated has made several acquisitions have that spurned the company's growth in both market and product expansion. A & E Incorporated has been owned and operated by the Lang family for four generations now and continues to grow and expand in Racine, Wisconsin. From its humble beginnings at the height of the depression, the company has built a business foundation that will live on well into the future. We continue to serve our many loyal customers in a variety of business markets and provide jobs for hundreds in the community. |
